Does anyone have any advice regarding what is required on the flight reservation screen.
Should we be capturing customer details etc, and if so, should I create an additional database schema for holding the bookings, customer details ? or is this out of scope ?
Any advise is greatly appreciated

You should capture number of desired seats that user wanted to book. I think that is all you need as a customer information. Other customer informatin like name, address you cannot use in SUN supplied database, why to gather them? You can write your own separate database to learn more and save additonal information there. But it might confuse examiner. If you like, you can walk extra couple of miles. If it is not necessary then why? Is it not overkill?
