So, i uploaded my assignment on Jan 25th, took my essay exam on Jan 30th. Since then I've sent about no lie, 15-20 emails to Monica/who2contact she replied to 4 of them always saying that everything is ok..its in the database. Well today I just had it up to here, waiting. So I called SunEd they said theyd leave a msg for Monica to see whats up with my assignment. I got an email today from monica saying that they JUST recieved the exam from prometric on March 6th.. lemme close with my whole feeling abouts sunEd services. WTF
Actually the problem was not with Sun-ed, but the location that you took your essay exam. they are the ones you should yell at. The same thing happened to me, the place I took the essay exam took 8 days to upload it to Sun-ed, and that's nothing compared to your wait. Mark
Also, reguarding SunED, They have crappy service. The person I spoke with said that who2contact is basicly just Monica Green, she is the only person, taking care of all requests/information etc...worldwide.
i uploaded my code 15 days ago and now i feel disappointed aftering reading you guys' posts. if sun gives me nothing within 4 weeks as they said, i'm going to write seriously for a partial refund. we paid $150 for such a short essay, $250 for having someone just read the code, and XXX hours of time for such crappy services???
Also, Don't go to the Shin-Shin Prometric Center Mountain View California !! They screwed up my registration. They used to download the list of the registered people one hour before opening the center and these day their modem 56k didn't work  !!! So, I had to call back myself the Prometric to reschedule it...
I had almost the exact same problem. I took my test on Feb. 6 and heard nothing. However, I eventually got impatient and called to check to see if SUN even had received my test. After about 20 emails and phone calls, SUN finally replied. It turns out that prometric NEVER TRANSMITTED MY TEST TO SUN !!! The problem had nothing to do with my test center. Sun seemed unconcerned about my problem but said that they would "look into it". That didn't reassure me. I called Prometric myself. The Prometric guy said that my essay exam had been mistakenly entered as a "fail" even though it had never been transmitted to SUN to be graded. Of course, I was concerned and really started bothering SUN. I finally got a call from Monica Green who said that the Prometric guy was mistaken about the failing grade, and that SUN had *JUST* received my exam that day and that there would be a "rush" placed on my exam grading process. That was 12 days ago. Still nothing. $400 dollars well spent.
