well, you can either send 10 emails to monica,or call up sun ed and make them find out.
i suggest you call.

in the exact same boat.
i just called sun edu and they said they'll send an emergency email to monica and check out.
i suggest you to the same, cause if you send email directly to monica, you'll get an auto-reply saying it takes 2 days to reply (god, another 2 days for a single inquiry?).
interestingly, the lady whom i talked to said it may take "6" weeks before you can get a result. this is funny because everywhere says it's 4 weeks(not long/frustrating enough?). i'm wondering if i get nothing in 6 weeks, they would say "8" weeks instead. what a bad service!

Hi, I wait two weeks, and I just called the prometiric, they told me they had a mistake and thought I am fail on my written exam, didn't send my written exam to Sun education, that's terrible.
So check prometric, maybe they forgot to send the exam.

The place you take the test or prometric are very slow in uploading to SUN, I think that is where the bottleneck always seems to reside.

thanks, le and mark.
guess what? i called prometric and they told me i "failed" the exam. i told them it's impossible. you know how i got "failed"? it's because such a stupid process. prometric expects a result from sun right after the exam. for such an essay exam, there is no immediate result!!! so they assume you "failed".
i called sun again and they sent another emergency email to their certification department. they told me i can get a response in 24 hours. damn, if i didn't check, it looks like i'll have to wait forever. no matter what, after i get my result, i'll write to bill richardson (sun edu manager).

See, I told you it is either the testing place or Prometric, it seems more like prometric. They really need to be told what they are supposed to do with the tests.
