Dear Mr. Richardson:
I have been reading a number of complaints regarding the Sun Certified Java Developer exam. I believe, by this time you should have full understanding of this problem.
I found myself lucky because I got my result after 34 days exchanging a bunch of emails. I am writing this email not for me but to improve the existing system. Please take this as a professional JAVA DEVELOPER request to improve existing malfunctioning system.
It is a communication problem between SunEducation and Prometric. Why should student/developer suffer? They have spent their time and money; it is natural them to expect their result as SUN has promised them (within four weeks). Some get result within 10 days and others have to wait more than 50 days. There is no consistency at all, that is the real frustrating situation. Developer/student would have been glad if they had known exactly how long they had to wait.
I hope SunEducation will come up with a better system to assist students and developers feel
proud of it that they chose JAVA DEVELOPER certification.
Thank you very much for your time.
