Hi, I had a very big problem with Prometric last Monday when I took the essay exam.
After completing the exam we print the test report, and surprised saw that puts something like this:
"There are 0 questions in this exam. You have answered 0 questions which gives you a score of 0%..."
I was shocked. This week I'm making continuous complaints to Prometric but it seems that the don't want to recognise that they have make a terrible mistake. I'm very decepcionated.
Someone who has passed the exam could post the exact line in which the number of questions appear? I need it as an argument in my fight with Prometric. I also send complaints to SUN but since today I have no answer.
I'm very frustrated. I have spent a lot of time and effort in this exam. Also if somebody has passed for a similar case and he solved it please don't doubt to contact me.
Thanks and regards.

From what I saw in the Archietect forum, there was a huge problem with a GPF in their Grade F M$ systems sometime last week...
but from what I read I'm guessing you just took it and then got 0% etc?
I took mine on thursday and I got a paper explaining that it would be graded with my assignment. No score, no questions, pretty much just that.
Sorry to hear of your troubles, keep calling Prometric and if that doesnt work, Sun. Either the geniuses at your local Prometric were drinking at work or it was just a computer glitch.
Best of luck...

Martin, the report that prints at the testing site is not graded there, so therefore that report is meaningless.
The important part is that they upload your essay to Sun, that has been where most of the problems have occured.
Again that report meant nothing.
