I just completed doing initial GUI design and development. I had a frame work designed. And then on top of it, GUI was created so that various properties of the GUI can be persisted.
Now it works fine as stand alone application. I can search multiple options and display in Tabular format. I am shooting now for client/server implementation.
I have seen one behavior in the database fields, few fields are being padded with blank spaces which appear as weird characters in my GUI. I trimmed them while i display to users. Can it be a problem?

Sai,
The padding I do not believe should be a problem in the display or the back-end, it appears from the code that they only make sure that the number of records you enter is correct via your DataInfo object.
I am playing a lot with the data class currently, so I will let you know if I come across anything
that says otherwise.

Thanks Mark & Matt.
Is it a good idea to provide frame work beneath the application.
