J2RE does not include jar file. So if the PC only
install J2RE, how can the user jar to
Extracte the scjd****.jar file into <root> directory.
to Extracte the scjd****.jar file into <root> directory, we need J2SE.
So what is suggestion for the client?
J2SE or J2RE?

After you download the assignment. You need to have J2SE(jdk) environment on the machine to build the project.
But, make sure before you upload your assigment should be able to run against JRE. To do that either you can remove J2SE from ur development machine and install JRE and test or you can install JRE on another machine and test the project.

Thanks.
