Reservation of tickets versus date

Hello,
I have made a nice GUI for reserving tickets by dates within the next four month. The db.db file only shows seats for 1 day without date (i.e. Tue 14:75). Is it OK to reserve seats against the current db.db and keep the GUI as it is, or should I implement another db system where each flight number is linked to a date.
After all it is just an exercise.
