Hi! I was wondering if it would do any harm to use the default naming convention (see Sun's coding convention)
so this would be: com.flybynight.fis.db
com = company (or commercial)
flybynight = company name
fis = application name
db = qualifier for functionality
your comments please....

IMO, you can either keep the suncertify packaging or use the more conventional com.* packaging, as long as you state your decision within your design document.
