Do I need to include every files and their description generated by javadoc in README.txt. There's a lots number of files generated....

I think u should include the file with the filename.but the descriptions are not reqired.

Yes, it is good to mention because asseccor will be impressed in that way. If you do not then you might loose couple of points in documentation. But easiest way to do it is as following.
Location of (.HTML) files is in: docs\suncertify\client directory
