Hi,
I need one help. Could you please give me the list
of java production versions. Currently I am working in JDK131_03. Can I sumbmit the assingnment in this version. I will be a great help. Thanks in advance.

The ruling is if you can download it from sun and it doesn't say Beta, then it is a production version.

You certainly can use JDK131_03. All they are asking is that you do not use any beta versions of JDKs.

Now I use a version of java 1.3.1_03-b03, i don't know whether it is a beta version. What does the '-b03'mean?
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
