Oh, my god.
The same thing happened to me. It is said that it's the Prometric's problem. I have sent mail to the mail address, but I haven't got any answer.
Someone knows the reason?

I got the same error yesterday morning. I sent a mail to prometric and they set the access for me to upload my assignment by evening.
