How do you choose the design patterns for SCJD?
In GUI it is MVC, there is no doubt about about it. Apart from that which is the right candidate for Command pattern? Is it events handler???
Mainly in RMI or sockets which patterns are useful?
Your guidance is appriciated.
I am enjoying the response given by ppl around here, and i am very thankful to them. Ofcourse the list is too big. To start with, Eugene, Habibi, ...
Thanks in advance.

Well, what you will find is that when you design the app, you will end up using design patterns. Rather than trying to determine patterns at the beginning, try working on solutions to the assignment, and when you get to certain points you will find a solutions that lead to the design patterns.
As you have seen, searching this forum will give you a lot of help in solutions and designs.
So basically I am saying don't worry too much about deciding on design patterns and concentrate on the solutions to the assignment.
Good Luck

Yes, that's it, exactly. You design your house first, and from there you can compose the list of materials, not the other way around.
Eugene.
