The simple question about data folder

Since the client can run without server in local mode.if I should move the whole data folder to client?include DataInfo,FieldInfo...and so on
.and any better way?
there is what I think the completed assignment will look like:
server.jar ---server,db
client.jar ---client,db
but...it seems not pleasing to the eye..

I included all the classes that the client would need to run in local mode, and that included DataInfo and FieldInfo classes and Data class, etc.
