Can I create a new package called exceptions under suncertify. Can I move the DatabaseException from db package to exceptions package. Is this okay. Please clarify.

my assignment is specific about where exections thrown by my Data class should be, you should double check if yours is too, and if not, then think about it, you might just end up keeping them in .db., makes sense that DBException makes a home there anyway, you wouldn't move IOException to an exceptions package would you

Hi Saraswathy,
Let the exceptions be in the same package where it was. This is what I feel, as in each java packages, sun keep exceptions. Like all IO related exceptions in java.io package, etc. Then I think we also should follow the same path.
