I am wondering how to use serielizable object. My question is this:
Since the server side don't know anything about the serializable object that received from a remote client, how can I use the methods in this object at server side?
I wrote some code, the server read a object from client, and use the object like this:
object.getInfo() , the compiler complained can't resolve symbol :getInfo(); then I tried to write a interface include this method at server side, and the same interface at the client side, but it still can't work.(of course it is a bad code )

Need your kindly help, thx

Please refrain from cross posting your questions.
Serializable objects need to be on both sides. Meaning they both need to know the object.
Are you using Serialization for the assignment?
