Does my assignment must run with "java -jar"?
I don't want package whole client side class file into a client.jar file. I just want to run it use "java client.XXClient". Will it affect my grade?

You will be given packaging instructions. So you must follow them.
In that they will mention how to run the program.
Please look into that.

Hi Dee,
Since you have not put an NX into your subject, I presume you are talking about the Fly By Night Services assignment.
There is no requirement to have executable jar files in the FBNS assignment, so you should not loose any points for not using Jar files.
But why dont you want to use them?
