just have a doubt here. hope you could enlighten me a bit
you see when client each get their own remote connection in the ConnectionFactory implementation, does it mean the ConnectionFactory is providing a "connection pooling" to the requested client?

Maybe, but for SCJD probably not. It depends on how you implement the ConnectionFactory. I haven't heard of anyone implementing connection pooling for the SCJD assignment, but it's possible. It's probably easier though to just create a new Connection for each new client. That's not a pool.
