what if one fails the assignment he/she did , can that person resubmit the exact same assignment?
also is there a need to do the essay exam again?

Hi Billy
I sympathise with you - it is very hard waiting for your result. My advice at present is: dont start worrying about problems that may not happen.
To answer your question though: from memory, if you fail the assignment, you only have to upload the assignment again: you do not have to re-sit the exam.
I have a very vague recollection that there might be a reduced fee for the second upload - don't quote me on that.

Yes, resubmission is half the initial price of the assignment - so that's $125 in the US.
