I'm trying to upload my assignment and it says I don't have permission. I've emailed them but they don't seem to be in a hurry to respond. Should I send it to email@example.com too? ms

Mike, exactly the same thing happened to me, and, from memory of other posts, seems to have happened to a good few other people as well. It was a while ago, but from what I remember, when it told me I didn't have permission to upload it gave me an email address to contact (which I think was firstname.lastname@example.org). I heard back from someone within a working day or so, but I guess it depends a little on what time of day it was and which time zone you are in. Having provided my details (and the invoice number I got when I paid for the exam) they enabled my upload straight away. I'd sit tight another day or so, and if you don't hear anything email them again. I suppose it can't do any harm to contact Sun as well, but they (probably Monica) may either just forward your mail to Prometric or suggest you contact them yourself directly.
