1. If the record has been booked, should I display it to the client GUI?
2. When the user book a record, how input the owner's value? In other word, when the user want to book a record, should ask him to type his name in a field or get his name automaticly? If the second one, whether should I support a user log in mechanism?

Hi Leo,

.
Read your instructions carefully, but in mine (URLyBird 1.2.1), I don't think so. There are no specific instructions about it, but from the CSR's point of view whose job is to sell available rooms, it wouldn't make sense to have his screen garbaged with booked rooms.
2. When the user book a record, how input the owner's value? In other word, when the user want to book a record, should ask him to type his name in a field or get his name automaticly? If the second one, whether should I support a user log in mechanism?

The owner is the client, not the user of your application.
Regards,
Phil.
