Another question:
Data File Description.
What means "4 byte numeric, total overall length in bytes of each record "?
Is this all file length I should update every time I change file's data?
If I should update it I also need lock it?
How to access record's number if I know only contructor's ID?
Every time read all rows and determine every time which record number belongs to which contructor?
Please help me.

Hi Peter,
What means "4 byte numeric, total overall length in bytes of each record "?

In my assigment this means the fixed length of a record. Therefore you do not have to update this as all records are ALWAYS the same length.
As the record are fixed length you can then work out the record number from your pos in the DB.
Hope that helps
Chris
