Hi JFML,
Welcome to JavaRanch.
We don't have many rules here, but one we do have is the JavaRanch Official policy on registered names. Could you please change your displayed name so that you have a real name, including both first and last name. You can change your displayed name here.
Everybody working on the SCJD (or any Sun assignment or Exam) is working under a non-disclosure agreement with Sun. They cannot provide their instructions to you without breaking that non-disclosure agreement.
Even if they did, it would do you no good to get it, and could do you some harm. There are multiple assignments provided by Sun, and multiple versions of those assignments. So if you did get a copy of one version of the URLyBird assignment instructions, you may find that when you download your assignment that you may have a different assignment altogether, or a different version of the URLyBird assignment.
Regards, Andrew

Hi, Andrew Monkhouse :
Got your directions! I have changed my display name from "JFML" to "Patrick Deng".
Before signing up, in order to realize knowledge requirements and project shape, I just want to "have a look at" the URLyBird project's instruction of new SCJD exam.

As Andrew mentioned above, people can't provide their instructions to you without breaking the non-disclosure agreement.
Your best bet might be to search through the postings on this forum to get a feel for the type of issues/questions that come up. One other idea - The book by Mehran Habibi (The Sun Certified Java Developer Exam with J2SE 1.4) is the book that most of the people on this forum use. It gives a good example application that deals with many of the issues from the SCJD exam. You can read a review of the SCJD applicable books at the java ranch bunkhouse.
Good luck!

Here is the URL for the java ranch bunkhouse with all the book reviews.
bunkhouse book reviews Look for the book I mention above.
Here is the amazon url for the particular book I mention above. amazon url The sample application is explained throughout the book.
Just a friendly suggestion -- anytime you need more information about a book, you can probably just go out to Amazon and do a search yourself. You can search on either author, book name, topic, etc. out there.
The site also has reviews on the books which can also be very helpful in choosing a book that will work for you.
Good luck.
