Hi,
Oops, my last minute doubts are like never ending. I really need to get rid of this ASAp.
I have a doubt on packaging. I need confirmation of my understanding.
The assingment says:

All elements of your submission must be packaged in a single JAR file. The JAR file must have the following layout and contents in its root:
1.The executable JAR containing the programs. This must be called runme.jar.
2.blah blah...

So I have done it this way:
1. Created runme.jar which embodies all the classes, suncertify.db file, and modified version of the manifest file (not the default one)
2. Created other directory structure like code, doc etc.
3. Created a new Jar which encompasses above 2 in it. The name of this jar is "project.jar" (so, now there is jar in a jar )
My doubts:
1. Will sun unjar this 'project.jar'? (they better do it.)(do I need to mention that too? Where?)
2. Does this final Jar need to have any typical name ?
Your response is appriciated,
Manoj

From some previous post, in the past, people named their final JAR file as:
scjda_xxxxxxxxx.jar where xxxxxxxxx is your 9-digit prometric ID.
Nick.

Hi Manoj,

1. Will sun unjar this 'project.jar'? (they better do it.)(do I need to mention that too? Where?)

They will have to. Your instructions will be inside that jar, so there is no value in you telling them how to unjar it, since they have to unjar your instructions to read them
Regards, Andrew
