what is the name of the single JAR file?

Apparently they don't tell you until you're ready to submit it through CertManager. It will end up being something like scjd-xxxxxxxxx.jar (the x's are your prometric ID) ... it's something like that anyways.
I wouldn't worry about it until you're ready to submit it.
