Problems uploading.....

After I completed the SCJP in October, I purchased the Developer exam.
Is the exam download offered without payment of it? I was able to download it, but when i completed the assignment, and tried to upload it, it said
that I do not have the rights to upload that assignment.
Any suggestions, for I have already contacted sun/prometric about this, but they said they have a backlog of emails from the 1st of December......

They told me they were backlogged back to the 4th. They fixed it within a day though. Just email suncert@prometric and tell them they screwed up again.

is it true that you can only download a project after you purchase it?

Hi Zak,
Yes, you must purchase the assignment in order to download it. But I don't think this has anything to do with your problem - after all, in your first sentence you did say that you purchased the assignment.
Take a look at the JavaRanch SCJD FAQ "Why can't I upload my assignment?" - I think that may explain what you are seeing.
