My work is under win2000 and I use windows notepad to edit my .txt document, so is my documnet "Plain text"??

Can I use JBuilder to build .jar file??

1. That should be plain text. To make sure you can use the DOS type command to print the file to the screen.
2: Why not just use the jar tool that comes with J2SDK?

Yes.
Can I use JBuilder to build .jar file??
Yes, but make sure that your submission doesn't depend on any JBuilder/Borland classes. The best way to ensure it is to run your program on a machine that doesn't have JBuilder installed.
