testImpl.class(interface),testServer.class,testImpl_Skeleton.class
which of above should copy to client?
and which of above should copy to server?

Hi Yi,
The quick answer to your question is that you can use a single executable (for example, runme.jar) that can function as a server or a client given the appropriate command line argument. Therefore, the question of which classes should be in which executable becomes moot, since there is but a single executable.
I should point out that I do not believe you need the testImpl_Skeleton.class at all. If you use the -v1.2 switch when you run your rmic command, you will not generate a *_Skeleton.class.
