Do you use Log in your assignment?
I wonder whether it is right for me to add log in my assigment now. I almost finished my assignment with no log before. There will have a lot of to do if I add the log.
If you do not use log, how about your idea about to deal with the exception.
I just print them (System.out.print(e)), because most of them is useless to the user. I do not know whether it is a good idea.

I think you should tell user something when some certain exceptions ocurred.

Hi there,
I have used logging in my assignment, but mainly as a tool for testing and debugging. If you want to add it, it is easy - I was amazed at how easy! See this link web page for a recent discussion on the topic.
IMO your user should be getting any information they need to know presented nicely to them in the Application (including errors etc) with user friendly messages. Logging system stuff to the console is probably OK.

I think log is good, but I didn't use that.

If you are that close to being done and you have sufficiently tested everything and all is working, IMO I would not add logging at this point in your project.
Of course, you need to make your own decision though.
Please read this URL which really addresses whether logging is required or not: logging required or not thread
Good luck.
