Hello
I would like to know what would be the best approche to access the database from my server. should i let the user enter it as an argument or let the server access it automatically??
Thanks

My instructions clearly stated that the user must be able to select the DB file. NO OTHER COMMANDLINE ARGUMENTS ALLOWED!
Just check if yours is the same or not.

You can't have the user enter it as a command-line argument, but the database file must be configurable. So I think you will need a GUI for your server that will allow the user to specify the location of the database file. The suncertify.properties file should be used to persist the location of the database between runs of your application.
