Hi all,
I have received my SCJD certificate kit finally.
Thanks all of you who gave me valuable comments on my assignment.
Without the helps from you, I may not be able to finish the assignment in such a short period. Many thanks!
Nick.

Hi Peng,
My certification timeline was as follows:
Uploaded submission: 1/10/04
Essay exam taken: 1/12/04
Grade posted: 2/13/04
Received certification kit: 2/25/04
I think Nick received his grade before I did but we received the certificate about the same time. This leads me to think that maybe the certification kits are mailed out once a month.
Check this site:

Go to history, where you'll see something like this:

When you see "Fulfillment Developer for the Java 2 Platform Kit: Processed" you can expect to see the certification kit as soon as it takes mail from the US to reach you.

Hi all,
The flow is as follows:
Uploaded: 12/30/03
Essay: 12/30/03
Grade posted: 1/26/04 (Appealed: 2/4/04)
Received certification kit: 2/28/04
I think SUN sent out the cert. to all of us in the same period (or same batch) so that we will receive it in similar time, depending on our location.
Dont worried, you can finally receive the cert. Be patient.
Nick.
