I am in Melbourne, I visited a place called advanced training, it has both VUE and Prometric, but it could not log on to Prometric, and VUE didn't have SCJD exam...Another place said they only had Microsoft exam, the final place told me I should by a voucher myself and take the exam there, they don't sell the voucher, they gave me a number(1800 808 657), so I want to know how long does it take if I book a voucher by the phone and receive it, will it be send to my place?
Another question, what is "pretest", I saw this word in the assignment upload page(but I haven't upload it yet), does it mean some people will test my assignment exactly the same way as the examiner but do not mark it, and give me some comments about it? How much should I pay? Who to contact?

Hi HaoZhe,
You can purchase the voucher by contacting Sun directly on 1800 628 193, or purchase it over the web at http://suned.sun.com/AU/catalog/courses/AU-CX-310-027.html (note for anyone else reading: this is the Australian site for purchasing exams - other countries will have other exams).
If you purchase over the web you should get a voucher number immediately (you do not need the physical voucher, just the voucher number). If you purchase via the phone, you will normally get an email later in the day (or you could request a phone call) in which they will tell you your voucher number.
Once you have your voucher number, you can go to http://www.2test.com and book your exam at whichever site is closest to you. You do not need to go to the physical site to book the exam. I believe you can also phone Prometric directly to book the exam (02 9415 3105), but I think you are better doing it over the web - it is easier to see which sites are available.
Good luck.
Regards, Andrew
