Hi all.
I have some questions about SCJD....
as you know there is the assignment, that I should download it to my computer.
what is the size of the assignment ?
I am using a modem (56 kb), if this assignment is large, can I go to some place (with cable service)
and download this assignment and take it (using a usb flash) ?
is there anything is illegal here ?

Hi John,
As Denis suggested, your assignment should be about 12 kB, so you should have no problems on a 56 kb modem. Even on a 33 kb connection, you are still only talking about a few seconds.
Sun recommend that you keep your submission fairly small (from memory, they recommend you stay under 1 Mb in your submission), so you should still be able to manage this on your modem without too much problems.
But if you did decide to use a faster link to download / upload, I cannot see that Sun or anyone else would object.
Regards, Andrew
