Hi,
I downloaded my assignment and I have the following questions :

1. I am not sure what the recNo is to identify a unique record. Is this something I need to provide. Is it a combination of specific fields. please help.

Thanks,

Anitha,
The record number is the location number of a record in the database file. so, the first record in the db file is record number 1, the second record is record number 2, and so on.
Of course you can start you index from 0 or any other number, however the index must be sequential and reflect the position of a record relative to other recrors in the database.

If you were a tree, what sort of tree would you be? This tiny ad is a poop beast.
