For any of you who might have appealed your grades before, did you actually get a response saying that they would be looking over your submittal again? I emailed them and they emailed me back asking for my Prometric ID, but then after that, I have gotten nothing from them for a few days. I'm wondering if they will just not tell me and let me sit here twiddling my thumbs.
Sun often takes several days to respond. I think two factors contribute to the time: first, they probably have other duties and lots of mail to wade through; second, they probably have some sort of review process for important questions so that they don't bind Sun to some erroneous decision by the person who responds.
