If i write a 3-tier application.But should be devided into 3 parts.
client server and network . And i use RMI as the connection approach.
I don't know if put the client side connection code and the server side
connection code in one package, how can i run server on a PC,and run the
client on another PC ? It means i can only run the application on just one PC. Thank you very much.

Hi Shengzhi Peng,

Thank you for fixing your displayed name.

There is nothing to stop you having the same package in both the client and the server jar file, in which case it does not matter which computer your client is on and which computer your server is on.

In fact, if you are developing the "URLyBird" or "Bodgitt & Scarper" projects, you probably have a requirement that all code is packaged in one "runme.jar" file.

Regards, Andrew
