I have overanalysed and now im confused so can you please clear this up without using a question?

The spec states: You must not require the installation of a security manager.

Does this mean that I am required to include the java security manager used in the RMI examples on the sun website but nothing extra?
or
Does it mean that i should not use a security manager at all?

Thanks
John

Hi John,

I would recommend you do not use any security manager at all. It is possible to develop the entire application without one.

Regards, Andrew
