Hi everyone,

I understand that
java -jar runme.jar server starts the server application;
java -jar runme.jar starts the client application; and
java -jar runme.jar alone starts the standalone application.

If I start the server first (java -jar runme.jar server) then call the standalone app (java -jar runme.jar alone). What should I do? Should I throw an exception on the standalone app and terminated it; and leave the server running. Or my program will not be test on this situation?

Thanks!

Macy

Hi Macy,

Instruction states that at any moment, only one program will access database file, so the situation you described should not happen.

Best Regards,
Pawel
