Hi guys,

In my design I am trying to do something like this and using RMI for server side.

DataRemoteAdapter class extends UnicastRemoteObject and implements Remote, DataAdapter interfaces. So the client has to connect to the //SERVER/DataRemoteAdapter which is a class.

Can you please add your comments if this is an acceptable design that I am doing? Because I read many topics in here and I could not really realize what is the difference b/w 2-tier and 3-tier.

Thank you so much..
