Problem with Java Rule Round Up

I used IE 6.0.26 (128bit). I tried to do some test with the cows moving but it won't work on my computer. I also try to unable the option "Use Java2 v1...." since I have jdk1.3.1 install on my machine but it still does not work Please advise if I missing something to make it works. Thanks

Per the instructions:
Go into Internet Explorer.
Open Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
Slide down to the Java section
Uncheck the "Use Java 2 whatever for <applet> (requires restart)" option
Close all your browser windows
Open a new browser window and the game should work.
Fixed it for me.
