I am setting up my eclipse environment for the assignment.

Notice that the first date format used is yy/mm/dd and later mm/dd/yy is used. A qoute from java docs states
"The Java Software convention for the argument to the @version tag is the
SCCS string "%I%, %G%", something like "1.39, 02/28/97"(mm/dd/yy) when the
file is checked out of SCCS"

Any suggestions?? (Does someone has info on setting the $date tag format in eclipse..)

Here is a snapshot of a sun java source file
/*
* @(#)DataOutput.java1.21 04/05/13
* ....
*/

package java.io;

/**
* The <code>DataOutput</code> interface provides
* ....
* @author Frank Yellin
* @version 1.21, 05/13/04
* @see java.io.DataInput
* @see java.io.DataOutputStream
* @since JDK1.0
*/
