I am not understanding the following statement of my PACKAGING OF SUBMISSIONS section.

The instructions.html says:

All elements of your submission must be packaged in a single JAR file. The JAR file must have the following layout and contents in its root:
  • The executable JAR containing the programs. This must be called runme.jar.

  • Does this mean that I have to have a jar file called for example
"myProject.jar" and inside that jar the "runme.jar" and all the other contents?

If that was the case, Are they going to unjar "myProject.jar" to run "runme.jar" ? or do I have to handle the capability of running "runme.jar" through "myProject.jar" (I dont know how, if that is possible).

    Thanks in advance.

yes. The exact name of that file will be made known when you upload. I think it should be scjda<your candidate ID>.jar, which is what I read somewhere.

    yes.

    no.

Thanks a lot. That is all I needed, this makes me feel better. I think I have all requiremetns understood now. Which in fact, I think is the hardest thing to figure out about this assignment besides getting the locking part to work rigth.
