Hi

In the UrlyBird Assignement, it was mentionned:

"They take bookings only within 48 hours of the start of room occupancy"

If the record is available for today :

can I book it for today?
can I book it for tomorrow?
can I book it for after tomorrow?

Regards

This is how I did. Assumed, the date on the database is the available date or the night for which the hotel is available.

So if the hotel is available today night, you can book it for today night and can book it for tomorrow night. But not after that as it exceeds 48 hours from date of room occupancy.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks.

I assumed that a room is only bookable if

now <= room date <= now+48 hours

So you can't book a room with a past date, because it doesn't make sense.
