I logged into http://www.certmanager.net/sun_assignment/tinfo.idc and click on test history and see...

Sun Certified Developer for the Java 2 Platform (310-027) Jul 29 2006 P 363

but I have yet to recieve a certificate. I tried emailing sun and never recieved a response.

That entry should also contain a Details button; press it to view the detailed breakdown of your score. That information is NOT on the certification papers; it's only available online.

Not sure what to say about the delay in receiving your official certification....

I found the book SCJD Excam with J2SE5 to be a big help along with this site.
