Hi Folks,
I have two questions regarding B&S.

1- Should any CSR be able to clear any Owner field to make contractor avaiable for next booking or only the one who booked that contractor?

2- I read many posts regarding using adapter pattern to handle thrown exceptions diffrence (RecordNotFoundExcepotion and RemoteException). How can we make a single connection object on client side which could handle both types of connection (local & remote) without interface switching. Does it not mean that we shall have to check the connection type first on client side to call each method? Is there any way to create only one connection object which to handle both types of connection?

Thanks for your help!

how would you keep track of who made which reservation? There's no provision for it.

Thanks Jeroen! You are right. It is clearly mentioned in specifications that DB is not password protected, we can at most track client machine which is needless headache.

What about second question? I am using MVC at client side. It seems that I will have to create two separate connection objects (one for local and another for remote) in controller and will have to check connection type before calling each method. Am I right? Any tip, trick?
