Hi all,

It has been a while since I posted on JavaRanch. (I have been in C# hell for the past two years). I just got my SCJD assignment and was wondering if any one had some general thoughts on successful methods / architectures. I have read Cover to Cover Andrew Monkhouse's / Terry Camerlengo's book, which I thought was excellent. I planning to use that book as a guide.

Just wondering if anyone had some thoughts on the above or general ideas that might be useful.

Regards,

Tom

General thoughts?

Keep it simple, as simple as possible.

If it's not an explicit requirement, don't bother doing it.
