OK. I was one of the slow folks in completing my assignment (I downloaded it about 1 1/2 years ago). I finally got the thing done (I could have had it done a while ago, but I keep checking and rechecking to make sure that I haven't missed anything). So I finally go back to Certmanager to upload the assignment and get this message 'You do not have the rights to upload that assignment. Press the "Back" button on your browser and try another assignment. If you feel that you should have the ability to upload, please email us at SunCert@Prometric.com for assistance.'.

I've already sent out the e-mail to hopefully get this straightened out soon, but I was wondering how many other folks have gotten this error?

Whew. Prometric just got back with me and they did have a problem. They set the site so I could upload.

Now, I can take the essay and sit back and wait for the (hopeful) pass

Same thing happened to me but I was given rights to upload my assignment after sending email to SunCert@thomson.com
It should not be a problem in your case too.

The instructions (e-mail) I received when I asked rights to download the assignment, say:

"Before you will be able to upload your assignment you will need to request upload rights via email to:
suncert@Thomson.com. Please be sure to include your Prometric Testing ID and the name of the assignment
you want to upload {Architect or Developer} when you request your upload rights."

I think that everyone has to ask permission to upload the assigment.

I'm set now. I was able to download the assignment (just to make sure, I tried to redownload my assignment after I had my problem, and it downloaded again just fine). Right after I tried to download though, the upload didn't work. Like Muhammad I e-mailed suncert and it was fixed within a few hours. Thanks for the input guys.
