Hi Guys,

I've been tinkering with RMI in anticipation for its use in the SCJD. I want to run by what I've done in regards to the RMIC requirement, just to make sure I meet the Sun requirements for my submission. In my test, I create a simple class that implements a Remote extended interface. This class declares a method that returns a simple bean. I then created code to register it through a main method. Then in the client side, I created a separate project, copied the code from my server project for the implementing remote class along with the class for the bean. I then created the stub by running RMIC on my implementing class and copied this into the classpath for my client project - and that's it, I don't reference this stub in my client code, I simply stuff it in its classpath. Everything works fine, I'm just wary of how vague and seemingly useless the requirement for RMIC is. From what I've written, any red flags anywhere? Thanks.
