Week ago, I paid for voucher (prioritized payment = should appear on other account in real-time), so the money should be at Sun immediately. Money are gone, but Sun received no payment.
Where is the problem? Nobody knows and there is no way to check where is the problem. One bank can't share any information about clients to another bank/client. Sun is willing to talk, but if said, that they can't see anything on their account.
I spent whole day on phone (and then personally went to bank), arguing with bank bureaucrats, but there is nothing you can do. Bank can confirm, that the payment was sent (of course for a small fee!) and then you are on your own.
So the only legal solution seems to be, to get some paper from my bank and sue Sun for not giving me the voucher for SCJD.
Let's just hope they won't fail me, I don't want to experience this all over again.
I bet, that once this is resolved I'll get no explanation what went wrong. My bank will say, that payment was sent, Sun will say, no payment was received until DD-MM... and the other bank won't tell anything. Why should they talk to me, I'm not their client?
