Hi guys,

I'm working on my SCJD on my macbook pro. When I start a second instance of java (one for my server, a second for the client connecting via localhost) I get the following:

CFMessagePort: bootstrap_register(): failed 1103 (0x44f), port = 0x10f03, name = 'java.ServiceProvider' See /usr/include/servers/bootstrap_defs.h for the error codes.
CFMessagePortCreateLocal: failed to name Mach port (java.ServiceProvider)

I googled this and it seems to come up often, even outside the context of java, with cocoa development for instance. My application seems to work fine even with this error. Is this something any folks have seen before? Should I worry about it in regards to my submission?

Thanks

You submission will be most likely tested on win or linux, so I suggest to get some virtual machine a try your program on it.
